Product Description
Part of the Aarhus collection, this transitional rug reinterprets classic oriental motifs with a distressed, vintage-inspired finish. The design centres on an ornate medallion framed by botanical scrollwork and intricate borders. Woven with a dark charcoal background, the pattern incorporates soft grey and ivory accents that create a textured, antiqued patina. Machine-made from 100% polypropylene, this piece features a sleek, flat pile that offers durable resilience for high-traffic zones while remaining smooth underfoot.
Measuring 275 cm x 185 cm, this rectangular rug fits naturally into living rooms, dining rooms, or home offices. Place it beneath a contemporary glass or walnut coffee table to balance dark and light tones, or set it under a six-seater dining table where its low profile allows chairs to move freely. The contrasting charcoal and silver-grey palette complements modern industrial aesthetics, monochrome interiors, and minimalist decors featuring leather or metal finishes.
